Stephanie Seymour Arrested For DUI: In January, 2016 former Supermodel Stephanie Seymour was attempting to merge onto Interstate 95 in Connecticut. She was stopped for the stop sign directing her to wait to enter I95 until traffic abated. For some reason, Seymour placed her vehicle into reverse and backed into the vehicle behind her. The police were summonsed and Seymour was investigated for DUI. Seymour probably did not realize that once the police smelled the odor of an alcoholic beverage on her breath she was going to be arrested for DUI. People sometimes think that they can convince an officer not to arrest them by playing along with the Officer’s DUI Investigation. Those fortunate souls are few and far between. My guess is that more people with no drugs and alcohol in their systems whatsoever are arrested than people who seem to smell of alcohol are released.

Former Razorback Arrested After Stopped for speeding 83 in a 65: Michael Qualls was born on January 20, 1994 and is a former Arkansas Razorback Basketball player who has left college for the National Basketball Association. Qualls is best remembered at Arkansas for beating Kentucky in 2014 with a slam dunk at the end of overtime. Qualls led his high school to four district championships in Louisiana. For the Razorbacks, Qualls appeared in 100 games averaging 11 points, 4.5 rebounds and 1.5 assists. Qualls was chosen second team All-SEC in his junior year as he averaged almost 16 points a game. At that time Qualls ripped his ACL making him unable to play for 6 months to a year. Even with the injury, Qualls received a NBA Training Camp deal with the Oklahoma City Thunder in September, 2015. Unfortunately he was later waived by the Thunder. On November 3, 2015, Qualls was picked up by the Oklahoma City Blue only to be waived about a week later.
Former Razorback Arrested After Stopped for speeding 83 in a 65: On December 30, 2015 Qualls was driving on Interstate 49. Shortly before 8 a.m. Qualls was stopped for speeding 83 miles per hour in a 65 mile per hour zone in Fayetteville, Arkansas. That traffic stop lead to an investigation which ended in Qualls being arrested for misdemeanor marijuana possession, misdemeanor drug paraphernalia possession and speeding. The police reported a strong smell of marijuana coming from the vehicle. The police search turned up a plastic bag with marijuana residue, a marijuana cigar and a necklace on Qualls that contained a smoking device. If I am not under arrest please let me go.” You should continue that response until the conversation ends.
